Our Young Talents programme offers new graduates six months' experience in discovering one of our business lines with a possibility of continuing with 12 months’ experience in one of our affiliates abroad.

To build on their academic degrees, Total wants to offer young graduates a rich educational programme enabling them to gain real professional experience and discover their talents during a six-month internship with various Total Oil Türkiye departments.
